Shipping FAQ

When will my order be shipped/How long will it take for my item to arrive?

UPDATE: October 1, 2021
The United States Postal Service (USPS) has suspended service to twenty-two countries, including Austalia and New Zealand. At the moment, we are unable to ship orders to these countries. For more information and to view a full list of impacted areas, please visit this website. If you are ordering from an area currently experiencing suspended service and wish to discuss your order, please contact our Customer Service team at (888) 651-0122. You can place your order with Combined Academic Publishers as their shipping is not affected by the USPS service suspension.

Domestic orders normally ship within a few days via USPS media mail. Shipping generally takes ten to twelve days within the contiguous United States, depending on your distance from our warehouse in Durham, North Carolina; orders bound for Hawaii, Alaska, or any US territories will require additional transit time.

Orders to be shipped internationally are also normally shipped within a few days via standard international surface mail. Transit time is typically 4-6 weeks and tracking information is not available.

Due to the general uncertainty around the Covid-19 pandemic, please note that these shipping and processing times could be extended. If your domestic shipment has not arrived within 60 days, we will provide you with a refund. If your international shipment has not arrived within 120 days, we will provide you with a refund.

How do I request expedited or a different shipping method?

To request expedited shipping, or a different shipping method (which may carry additional costs), please place your order with Customer Relations by telephone at (888) 651-0122.

What is the maximum number of units that I can order online?
For orders of 10 or more units, please call Customer Relations at (888) 651-0122.
