About Federica D'Alessandra

Federica D'Alessandra is a human rights advocate and Harvard scholar researching international peace and security and the prevention and prosecution of war crimes and crimes against humanity. D'Alessandra is Co-Chair of the International Bar Association War Crimes Committee, and a member of the Council of the International Bar Association Section on Public and Professional Interest. She frequently counsels governments and international organizations on international law and foreign policy, including international negotiations and the protection of civilians in armed conflict.
