On 13 January 2014 the Cabinet Secretary was asked by the Prime Minister to lead an urgent review into allegations of UK involvement in the Indian operation at Sri Harmandir Sahib, Amritsar in June 1984. His investigation has now concluded and his final report is published in full here.
