Challenger Space Shuttle Accident Selected Congressional Hearings and Reports

On the morning of January 28, 1986, a booster engine failed causing the Shuttle Challenger to break apart just 73 seconds after launch. Following the tragedy, a series of congressional hearings were held, and the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science and Technology issued a Congressional Report on the matter on October 29, 1986.
