The Programme combines a broad scope of relevant fields of health and medical sciences including public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, population genetics and genetic epidemiology, occupational health, general practice and primary health care, health services research, forensic medicine, public health nutrition, substance use disorders, geriatrics, sociology, social psychology and social pharmacy.
The programme offers high quality doctoral level education and produces competitive research specialists and experts, who are able to meet the needs of working life.
The doctoral candidates have an opportunity to participate in an excellent research training program including basic and advanced courses in population health and related fields, as well as transferable skills courses.
