Libraries contribute a strong voice that guides our development process. We hold our partnerships with libraries in the highest regard and value the role we play to ensure the library is a welcoming place for every member of the community.
Development Partner Program We trust in the knowledge and leadership of our development partners that test our designs and help us prioritize our product development to meet the needs of a diverse population.
Urban Libraries Council (ULC) As a long-time member of the ULC, we work to better understand the tools and techniques today’s libraries require and look for new opportunities to better engage with them. We support the shared goal of helping achieve stronger outcomes in education, workforce and economic development, digital equity, and race and social equity.

For technology to truly be accessible to all, systems must serve everyone equally. At Innovative, we strive to make sure accessibility is inherently part of the development process. Our development team is trained on accessibility, we perform rigorous usability testing, and we hold numerous certifications including VPAT and soon, the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. Vega, our Library Experience suite, also offers:
- Assistive technology for users with disabilities
- Equal access to resources and opportunities through English, Spanish, and Canadian French translation
- Analytical capabilities to geo-target outreach efforts
- A 100% mobile responsive product to ensure patrons without broadband can connect to their library
