The Journal is published by Ari'el University, previously known as Ari'el University Centre. It has a current enrollment of about 14,000 students. It is a member of the International Association of Universities (IAU). It has signed academic cooperation agreements with over 50 higher education institutions around the world, including the US, Canada, Russia, France, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Turkey, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, China, Taiwan and others. It has 6 faculties and 27 departments. In the Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities there are 12 departments. There are also 16 research institutions.
