The Carl Vinson Institute of Government is a public service and outreach unit of the University of Georgia dedicated to enhancing the understanding, administration, and policy making of governments and communities in Georgia and throughout the world. The Vinson Institute carries out this mission through a wide-ranging program of education, technical assistance, and research and policy analysis.
