The Dorothy Richardson Society was formed at a British Academy funded workshop on 30 March 2007. The main activity is the biennial conference, which is followed by the Society’s business meeting.

The main publication, apart from the website itself, is the journal, Pilgrimages: A Journal of Dorothy Richardson Studies. Membership of the Society is free. Members become part of the Richardson mailing list, which sends out updates about Richardsonian events and projects.
