The Northeastern Political Science Association (NPSA) is composed of political scientists in the nine states of New England, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The NPSA facilitates communication and the exchange of ideas among political scientists in this region. The membership of the NPSA consists of those individual political scientists and others who join the organization by paying the dues assessed by the NPSA's Executive Council and approved at the annual business meeting. The annual meeting of the NPSA is held every November. The NPSA publishes a quarterly journal called Polity.
