Kent Interhall Council (KIC) is the student government of the residence halls on Kent State University's Kent Campus. KIC was founded on September 1^st 1969. Our mission is to promote a positive living and learning atmosphere, as well as student leadership opportunities, within the halls. KIC provides student advocacy, funding, and programming within the Department of Residence Services at Kent State University.
