Carlo Ancelotti is back at Real Madrid, back in a city and club he loves. His desire to return has been fulfilled and the move was helped by his knowledge of the club and many of the players in the current squad.
He knows he's got a job on his hands, and one of the first tasks on his list will be to get the best out of Vinicius and Eden Hazard.

The Italian strongly believes that Vinicius is a top player and has made his feelings about the Brazilian clear to club president Florentino Perez and chief executive Jose Angel Sanchez.
He thinks he can get the very best out of the Brazilian by giving him confidence, peace of mind and a lot of work to do. The coach knows Vinicius needs to work on his composure and decision making in key moments. His main strengths are his pace and an ability to create chances out of nothing, but adding a few more goals is something that needs to be addressed.
Zinedine Zidane never had total faith in the youngster and it is thought that he deserved to play a bigger part in the side. With the experience of Ancelotti in bringing through young talent, Vinicius could really flourish.
Ancelotti and Hazard
Hazard is the other player who Ancelotti will be looking to work with this coming season. The pair didn't coincide together at Chelsea, but the new Real Madrid coach is perfectly aware of his abilities.
The main question will be over his attitude and commitment to the cause, and whether the Belgian can produce for his club what he regularly does for his country.
Hazard's quality isn't in doubt. It's more his work ethic that's been in question since he arrived at the club overweight.
The main goal will be to integrate him into the squad and get him to the level we all know he can perform at after a disappointing first two years in the Spanish capital.
The European Championship should help get his sharpness back. If he performs well this summer, those at Real Madrid are sure he can get back to his best at club level as well.
