What is the FARFETCH returns policy?
Yes. FARFETCH shoppers can return items they are unsatisfied with for free within 14 days of receiving their delivery. There are two ways to return your FARFETCH order, either by booking a free returns collection or via a free drop-off point near you, which you can find online. Please note, all items should be returned in their original condition and with all tags and labels attached.

Members-Only Rewards: We mentioned signing up for the newsletter to claim a 10% discount, but members will also receive exclusive rewards too. This can range from new members' discounts, a birthday saving, to private sale events.
Donate: FARFETCH has a scheme, which allows shoppers to donate £10, or more, to select charity organisations, including Stop Hate, UK for UNHCR, Stonewall and Mindout. For those who want to donate to those charities, you will receive 10% off your basket, but only when shopping certain brands.
