Ceremony for conferral of an honorary doctorate, and lecture Mr.Antonio Guterres, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees
On November 13, 2014, a ceremony held at Meiji University for conferral of a Meiji University Honorary Doctorate degree on Mr. Antonio Manuel de Oliveira Guterres, former Prime Minister of the Portuguese Republic and current United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
The ceremony for conferral of a Meiji University Honorary Doctorate degree held on the Surugadai Campus of Meiji University on Thursday, November 13, to honor Mr. Guterres, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, for his achievements. Upon the conclusion of the ceremony, there also was a lecture directed mainly to MU students.
