Possibly, song for song, her best yet. ... She sounds like she knows exactly who she is, what she wants to say and how she wants to say it — and with “Chromatica,” she’s laid a rock-solid foundation for the next phase of her remarkable career.

Infectious, exciting and even a little hedonistic during some of the most confusing of modern times, now’s never been a better time to get lost in this new destination.

Across its sixteen tracks, ‘Chromatica’ is entirely over-the-top, but in the best possible way. Every song is an anthem of defiance and empowerment, turned up to 11 and genetically engineered for maximum danceability.

Chromatica offers Gaga at her most energetic and forceful, and that is something to behold.

Chromatica’s frank grappling with the vagaries of Gaga’s brain – and the way fame exacerbates them – ends up feeling much more real than touring dive bars with a guitar and a Stetson ever did.

Weighed down by lesser songs like "Alice", "Enigma", and the blissfully short BLACKPINK collaboration "Sour Candy", Chromatica isn't quite a full-bore masterwork. Still, given the thundering club-filling fun and layered meanings revealed upon relistens, it is assuredly the most lively and consistent record she's made since Born This Way.

Whether muddling the creation of the universe with both love and fame (“Sine from Above”) or teasing the theory of the world as a simulation (“Enigma”), these songs only scratch the surface of deeper ideas before falling back on the most basic of pop clichés.

i'm listening to the album right now and i have some points :

    1. The Interlude : i'm speechles, the interlude really setting up the stage and emotion, i love the way the interlude seperate the album into 3 parts, it's actually a sign that an album has a concept of story telling.
we can heard and listen to gaga singing about things that deep like her trauma, even tho it's a dance record you can't tell the lyrics is not that happy as you think it is!

    2. Transitions : So Smooth, oh my god, kudos to gaga, bloodpop and burn, it make the album better to listen as a whole, the track doesn't break up the emotion, it's a continuous journey.

    3. Pop perfection : songs are literally club bangers, very radio-friendly and hit potential! it has some the fame influenced sound that showcase a special features that gaga has (the robotic sound, catchy hook)

    10/10 for me

The album is outstanding, memorable, emotional and enjoyable.
The transitions in the Chromatica acts are mesmerising and they run smoothly into the songs, also the lyrics make sense and they are a healing therapeutic for Gaga.
All 3 collabs are enjoyable and entertaining and they all mean something in their own way.
For me this is Gagas best album and work to date, truly proud of her ⚔

Her last era was in 2011 and still nobody can touch her at that time. She seeked for another rising features artist to support her another “flop” era. Remember Stupid Love, the video was terrible, the green screen can still be seen. Another thing chromatica hasn’t any breakthrough moment, messages, nor role. She successfully failed herself again.
