Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that they will depart for Morocco on Wednesday for their all-important CAF Champions League first leg semi-final clash against Wydad Athletic Club.
The match will take place on Saturday (21:00 SA time) at the Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca.
Amakhosi revealed that newly-appointed head coach Stuart Baxter will not be in the dugout but will travel with the team as the 67-year-old Scot is waiting on his work permit.
"Just as in the last two DStv Premiership games of the season, coaches Arthur Zwane and Dillon Sheppard will continue to sit on the bench while newly appointed coach Stuart Baxter and the club’s administration work on obtaining his work permit," the club said in a statement.
"Coach Baxter will, however, travel with the team to the North African country as the team gets ready for the all-important semi-final game against two-time CAF Champions League winners.”
