(bell ringing)

I will fight every single day,

and I know everyone else here

will fight for the rest of their lives

to see sensible gun laws in this country,

and so that kids don't have to fear going back to school.

[All] No more guns.

No more guns.

No more guns.

No more guns.

No more guns.

(mysterious music)

To every politician who is taking donations from the NRA,

shame on you. (cheering)

Those in power have not taken action.

We are dealing with a national crisis here

caused by failure to protect.

You failed us.

This can be changed and it will be changed.

We're gonna take this to the national stage.

We're not gonna be ignored.

No one should be able to buy an assault rifle

because they're not meant to protect, they're meant to kill.

We're all ready to make change

because we went through this together,

and I think that that's what's really driving us.

It's kinda upsetting that it has to be this way,

you know, we have to be going out there begging,

begging our congressmen, begging our president for change

when they should be initiating the change, not us.

[All] Serve your public,

not your pocket.

Serve your public,

not your pocket.

What do we want?

Gun control.

When do we want it?

Now.

They have victims, they have family members who have died,

and they want...

They don't want to go to school and be scared that maybe

they will have to hide the classroom

and shooting will happen.

Here, shooting can happen.

It's too close to home.

(cheering)

[All] Hands up.

Don't shoot.

Hands up.

Don't shoot.

Students all over the country

are going to be joining us

because the adults have let us down.

[Protestors] Never again.

Never again.

Never again.

Never again.

Never again.
