WAZEN Government forces chase rebels who cross the border here and shell Dhiba, a city on the Tunisian side. They also engage in a gun battle with Tunisian troops. Buildings are damaged and at least one resident is wounded, Reuters reports.MISURATA NATO accuses Qaddafi forces of laying mines in the harbor to block humanitarian access. Rebels press toward the airport and are attacked west of the city. Qaddafi forces continue to shell the city's neighborhoods at will.AJDABIYA Some residents are returning to the mostly deserted city as confidence in the rebel forces grows.
