Senator Jeff Merkley, a Democrat and incumbent running for a third term, won against his Republican challenger, Jo Rae Perkins, a candidate who promotes the QAnon conspiracy theory.

Shemia Fagan, a Democrat, won Oregon’s secretary of state seat, defeating the Republican nominee, Kim Thatcher, and giving Democrats back control of the state office. The seat was the only Republican-held seat at the state-wide office level in Oregon.
