For issues with a survey you’ve been sent, you’ll need to contact the company that sent it to you. If you’re building your own survey, or suspect a survey creator of malicious activity, our support team can help.
If your company uses Qualtrics to power its employee experience program, you’ll be invited directly by your employer to participate in any surveys as part of the program. If you have any questions about the program, we suggest you contact your HR or people ops team to learn more.
