DMCA Agent and Copyright Infringement Complaints
Congress passed The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998 to protect the rights of copyright holders. The University of Michigan enforces copyright law and protects its own as well as the rights of others. If you have a concern regarding the unauthorized use of copyrighted material on any site on the umich.edu network, contact the agent designated to respond to reports alleging copyright infringement.
