Any reference to Squire Patton Boggs shall be construed as a reference to one or more of such entities and not to the global legal practice itself.

Authorization of the Czech Bar Association to carry out out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
On 5 February 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic authorized the Czech Bar Association to carry out out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in the area of disputes between attorneys-at-law and consumers from agreements on providing of legal services (pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on protection of consumers, as amended).
