Borrow, recall, return
Find the item you need on Library search and then use the classmark and signage to locate it on the open shelves, or browse. Please use hand sanitiser before and after touching the items.
Use the self-service machines to borrow the items. 
Click and Collect is still available: use Library search to find what you need and then request it by selecting the 'Click and Collect' button. If you only need a chapter of a book, or a single journal article, request a scan
If the item you need is out on loan, recall it. When it is available for you, we'll email your University account and you can collect the item from the hold shelf beside the Library Service Desk in the Main Library.
Use the self-service returns machines inside the libraries. When these are closed, you can return items using the book drop letterbox outside the Main Library entrance.

Charges and fines
All fines for overdue books have been suspended. The Library will charge £6.55 if items are posted out to you.
