Summer Reading Challenge 2021: Reading Colors Your World
Challenge Dates: June 5 - August 14
Pre-registration begins May 26
Welcome to Tacoma Public Library’s Summer Reading Challenge 2021! We’re delighted to have readers of all ages join us. This year’s theme is “Reading Colors Your World!”
This year, we are offering a virtual reading log option! You can log reading and activities on a computer or mobile device by visiting the Beanstack website or downloading the Beanstack app. For more information on using Beanstack, visit our Beanstack FAQs.
If you don’t have access to Beanstack, you can request a paper log by visiting a branch during our open hours. You can also download and print Reading Logs from home! Find the Reading Log for your age level and fill it in by reading and completing fun activities.
Whether you track your reading using Beanstack or a paper Reading Log, make sure to stop by a branch during our open hours to pick up your pencil and sticker signup prize!
When you've completed the Beanstack challenge or paper Reading Log, stop by a branch during our open hours to collect your completion prize starting on Tuesday, June 22. Those who complete the Summer Reading Challenge will earn their choice of tote bag or yard sign. Prizes are available while supplies last.
The last day to complete the challenge is Saturday, August 14. The last day for Beanstack users to pickup prizes is Saturday, August 31.
Thank you for joining Summer Reading Challenge to Color Your World with TPL this summer!
