All of Kaplan’s offerings are self-study which you can access online for five months. You can also extend your access for another five months for an additional $49. Each option also provides you with both printed and online material. The License Exam Manual (LEM) is the bulk of your instruction and teaches you the concepts while the rest of the tools help reinforce what you’ve learned.
While Kaplan does not offer flashcards with its courses, many students make their own using the key terms outlined in the LEM. The course also includes a performance tracker that measures your progress and gives you areas you need additional work on.
