Jacqué Palmer (she/her/hers) was the senior editorial impact and loyalty manager at Vox where she managed Vox’s audience contributions program. Previously, she was at Gannett, where she oversaw editorial strategy for 200+ local newsrooms and helped launch newsletters, like The Breonna Taylor Case for the Courier-Journal, to serve and engage audiences and retain paying subscribers. Before that, she was at the Palm Beach Post. She is a guest instructor at Poynter and a News Product Alliance mentor.
