Hi,

Bot added the description "דיפולמט ישראלי" to items of Israeli diplomats (see for example Q7031781). This is incorrect. The right spelling is "דיפלומט ישראלי". Could you please correct this?

Cheers

"Natural number" -> "Bilangan asli"

Hello, I just encounter that your bot mistakenly adds Indonesian label of "natural number" as "angka alami". The correct translation should be "bilangan asli". Could you please put that right? Thank you!

Hello, I appreciate your statistical tables detailing the use of the most popular properties! I have a couple of suggestions:

  1. In the totals at the top of the claims page, please provide also the total number of claims (if you can easily do that without significantly increasing execution time of your robot) as that is technically what the tables further down on the page relate to.
  2. When the number of object classes referred to by a single property exceeds 50 list entries, as they usually do, add an "others" or "remaining" properties entry showing the number of claims not detailed above, to illustrate the true size of the data set you are working on.
  3. Add a final sector to the circle diagram representing this "others" statistic (last, after the smallest sector, not sorted among the others according to size). Some of the properties have a very evenly distributed set of values, such as employer (P108), father (P22), or encoded by (P702), and then the diagram will otherwise give a false sense of those 50 items listed representing the entire value set, rather than just the top of a vary flat iceberg. That may render many of the other sectors practically invisible, but that is actually desirable, and anyone looking for a value class that stands out can simply browse the table instead of the graph.

Hi, Thanks for your interest, I had made some changes in the report

SM5POR (talkcontribs)

Thank you, those were the numbers I was looking for!

I see though that you didn't adjust the circle graphs. Maybe they were getting too boring to look at, mostly one huge "Others" sector, and the smaller sectors barely visible? Anyway, I find your changes now quite sufficient,

Speaking of statistics, I happened to look at your language table as well last time, and I was surprised to learn that a small language such as Northern Sami (se) has more than five million descriptions? How is that possible? Just out of curiosity, I added se-0 (since I don't speak the language myself) to my Babelbox to have it appear by default when I browse the items, and I haven't noticed many Sami descriptions anyway. So where could those five million items be hiding? Do you have any way of finding out without modifying and rerunning your robot? It's not important to me; I'm just surprised by the unexpected numbers. Could there be a systematic error somewhere in the calculation?

Dear Ibrahem, there are two serious mistakes in Jose Maria (Fernández) Calleja's description. First, he got divorced in 2010 and had a new lifepartner since then. Better delete all marital status. Second: he was never a film director, the films shown should be deleted or moved to Jose Maria Calleja the film director, his first cousin.
