The WTO encourages the broadest possible dissemination of its information, particularly for educational purposes.

Unrestricted official WTO documents and legal texts are free for public use.

The WTO logo is a registered trademark.

The WTO logo, including the WTO names and acronyms in the three official languages of the Organization appearing beside it, is registered under the Paris Convention on copyright. The WTO logo (including the WTO names and acronyms in the three official languages of the Organization appearing beside it) may be used only for official WTO purposes or, in exceptional circumstances, by third parties provided written permission is granted by the WTO in advance.

Usage of the logo by third parties is strictly limited and may usually only be allowed for events where the WTO is the co-organizer or for publications where the WTO is the co-publisher.
