Vivek is the Chief Executive Officer of Ziff Davis (NASDAQ: ZD), a vertically focused digital media and internet company with a portfolio of leading brands in technology, shopping, gaming and entertainment, connectivity, health, cybersecurity, and martech. Vivek led the acquisition of Ziff Davis when it was a privately held company to its subsequent sale to J2 Global which was renamed Ziff Davis in 2021.

Bret is the Chief Financial Officer of Ziff Davis, leading the company’s worldwide finance and accounting organization. An executive with nearly 30 years of finance experience, Bret previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of MSG Networks Inc.  

As President of Ziff Davis’ Technology & Shopping Division, Steve Horowitz oversees the businesses within the Ziff Tech & Shopping Group. Steve was formerly Senior Vice President, General Manager at Bankrate Inc., the leading aggregator of personal finance and mortgage content.

As President of Ziff Davis’ Cybersecurity and Martech division, Nate leads the businesses within the Moz and VIPRE Groups. Before joining Ziff Davis, Nate was Senior Vice President and COO of the Consumer Division of Symantec Corp, the leading provider of security and identity protection solutions under the Norton and LifeLock brands. 

Dan Stone has led the Everyday Health Group division of Ziff Davis since joining in April 2018. Dan is an experienced industry leader operating at the cross-section of healthcare and digital media. Before joining Everyday Health, Dan was CEO of AccentHealth, a leading patient education media company at the point-of-care. Dan led the growth and digital transformation of the company before its successful sale to a strategic buyer.

Stephen Bye is President of Ziff Davis’ Connectivity division, overseeing Ookla, Ekahau, RootMetrics, and related properties. Previously, Stephen was Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the wireless business at DISH, where his responsibilities included consumer, wholesale and enterprise product management, device and solutions engineering, business development, roaming and strategic partner management.

As President of Ziff Davis’ Gaming and Entertainment division, Yael Prough oversees IGN Entertainment, Humble Bundle, MapGenie, HowLongToBeat, and 1TwentyFour. Prior to the role of President, Yael served as General Manager of IGN Entertainment. 

With over 30 years of HR and talent management experience, Michelle Dvorkin joined Ziff Davis in April 2019 as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, where she leads and oversees the Human Resources and Operations departments. Previously, Dvorkin was the EVP, HR at XO Group where she developed a global HR strategy, launched the international HR team, led acquisitions, improved benefits and compensation, and designed the talent management system. 

Jeremy oversees Ziff Davis’ legal team and is responsible for managing all of the company’s global legal issues, including merger and acquisition matters, intellectual property, litigation, compliance and regulatory affairs, and corporate governance. Prior to joining the company in May 2015, Jeremy served as a Senior Vice President at The Gores Group, a private equity firm, and General Counsel at Helio LLC, a wireless telecommunications carrier, and Somera Communications, Inc., a telecommunications equipment company. Prior to joining Somera, Jeremy served as a corporate and securities attorney at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. Jeremy holds Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.

Joey Fortuna oversees corporate IT initiatives, policies and practices, and facilitates cross-company technology efforts. A central figure in driving innovation and developing proprietary technology across Ziff Davis’ media businesses, Joey served as CTO of Ziff Davis from 2011, helping to orchestrate its acquisition by J2 Global. Then in 2018, Joey became CTO of J2 Global, Inc. (now Ziff Davis, Inc.) -- the first CTO in the company's 23-year history.

Sean is Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy. In this role, he works closely with corporate leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and stakeholder engagement. He also partners with senior executives across Ziff Davis to evaluate and execute strategic transactions and Ziff Davis’ overall corporate strategy.

Layth Taki is the Chief Accounting Officer of Ziff Davis, leading the company’s global accounting and public reporting functions. 

Rebecca Wright is a communications executive with more than 20 years of experience building and executing communications, editorial and business strategies. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Ziff Davis, Rebecca leads strategic communications for the company and drives a unified public relations strategy across its portfolio of businesses. 

Darrah Feldman is Senior Vice President of Sustainability at Ziff Davis. Prior, she served as Director of Corporate Responsibility at CIT. Over the past 20 years Darrah has worked at a number of financial services firms - including JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, and Smith Barney - in marketing and social impact roles.

Karen Oh is a seasoned Strategic Planning and Operations leader with more than 10 years of experience supporting executive leaders to develop strategy narratives and maximize business performance through planning, operations, and insights. As Chief of Staff at Ziff Davis, Karen leads high-priority initiatives that span horizontally across our businesses.
