Data is our lifeline, and at ZDPM we have more than 40 Million records, firmographic as well demographic that are maintained within our proprietary Data Store. The ZPDM Company Store is an ABM-intelligence tool developed and maintained entirely in-house. The Company Store maps the technology landscape of 200k businesses globally by triangulating   more than 7 Million intent signals monthly gathered across multiple sources that include our group digital communities, our newsletter & email outreach programs, 1st party transactional data generated at our call centres, as well as a host of 3rd party data partners.

Apart from its firmographic classification, the Company Store also stores install base information, employee product reviews, LOB budgets and upcoming projects. The data extraction process for campaign execution is managed by custom algorithms matching the best data to your campaigns for ensured higher conversion and lead quality.

Nilay Mehta

General Manager – India & Phillippines

Nilay began his career in 2006, after completing his Bachelors degree in Commerce from Symbiosis and University of Pune.

Nilay has been with the company since 2006. Over the past 14 years, he has contributed in several different capacities, successfully building and operating lean business functions across HR, Finance, Sales, Operations and IT. He set up the lead generation business for DemandShore in 2012 and was instrumental in growing the company’s Performance Marketing division in 6 years from a team of 20 to more than 500.

In 2019 Nilay worked extensively on merging operations between Salesify and Demandshore. His years of experience, managing teams and functions helped bring two of the largest performance marketing teams together seamlessly. Within the ZDPM universe, he now leads a combined team of more than 1,300 employees. Sales remain a core business interest, which he continues to manage. Strategically, Nilay is passionate about leveraging technology to drive higher productivity, compliance and delivering greater value to customers.

Outside of work Nilay listens to his heart and is a happy go lucky guy. He is a nature lover, and a foodie who loves traveling and long drives.

Rohit Srivastava

Rohit Srivastava

Vice President - Finance

Rohit is a highly accomplished, results-driven Financial Management & Accounting executive with 18+ years of progressive experience in Controllership, Accounting & Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Finance Shared Services with Global brands. He has substantial experience in new SSC set-up and leading Finance Service Delivery.His key strengths include delivering financial reporting and management information to meet the evolving needs of management and investors in high growth, diversifying businesses. He specializes in implementing systems and structures to optimize efficiency for finance teams, financial due diligence and post-completion integration on both sides of M&A deals.

His hobbies include sports, wildlife and traveling.

Shivam Bajpai

Vice President - Operations

Shivam has completed his Masters in Science from the UK and has been with ZDPM since 2012. He has contributed to some of the company’s greatest acceleration in growth, and is the youngest executive on the team. Starting out as a Lead Gen Sales Rep, Shivam currently leads ZDPM’s Content Syndication & Data Practices. One of Shivam’s most valued contributions lies in his intellect and his ability to help empower the business with effective current-needs and future-opportunities strategies.

Outside work, Shivam loves traveling with his family and is an avid reader.

After graduating in Commerce, Steve spent 7+ years in the booming BPO industry working with some of the best brands in the market.

Steve began his career as a Demand Generation Executive setting up sales appointments for IT services companies globally. He spearheaded many key initiatives while growing within the organization. He currently heads ZDPM’s Highly Qualified Leads, Appointment Setting & Business Transformation services.

Meenakshi Kaul (MK) joined ZDPM in September 2020 as Vice president human resource, leading People & Culture function for India & Philippines location. She comes with over 17 years of global work experience as a Human Resource leader, with experience in designing, building, and supporting teams from start-up, through exponential growth to matured phases, expertise in culture building, business excellence & overall organizational development. She has worked with and led multi-cultural HR teams in India, Mexico, Ukraine, and Canada.
